From my office behind a Proxy there is this problem

Connected to Proxy 192.168.226.3 Port 80
220 Serv-U FTP Server v4.0 for WinSock ready...
331 User name okay, need password.
PASS (hidden)
230 User logged in, proceed.
SYST
215 UNIX Type: L8
PWD
257 "/d:" is current directory.
TYPE A
200 Type set to A.
PASV
500 'P@SW': command not understood.
LIST
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.
426 Data connection closed, transfer aborted.

Proxy server and Pasiv mode in FlashFXP is aktiv.
There is no problem to login and transfer data with other FTP Servers. Only my FTP Server makes me

Please Help me

it seems like your server is interpreting PASV as P@SV which is obviously invalid command.
seems like an issue with your server and not flashfxp..
