With pasv off, fxp wouldn't work anyway :P
The latest version also has the bug fixed where it might appear as if it hangs on small files, maybe upgrade to latest 2.0rc2 build.

It is just another 'feel good' feature/tweak, but since I do not use that full addy copy/pasting, I do not really need/demand it. One less user here that is begging for that option to be implemented....
