i can confirm the same error using a socks5 proxy connection :(

replace the ssl libraries with older ones (OpenSSL v0.9.8i) till the issue is fixed.

Ok, maybe this is releated to the fact that i use Bestcrypt and installed FlashFXP into that crypted drive. Of course the drive gets unmounted before windows shuts down and maybe there's a conflict...

There is no option to disable the creation of these files in FlashFXP right now. Maybe it's a good idea to add that to a feature version.
